Allergy Relief Blend

Our Allergy Relief Blend is absolutely delightful!  A blend of lavender, lemon, and peppermint helps to soothe your symptoms during allergy season thanks to the ability to calm and reduce inflammation. 

Lemon oil will help clear your sinuses and reduce congestion, common symptoms of seasonal allergies.  Lavender Oil works as a natural antihistamine and possesses strong anti-inflammatory properties that will treat an relieve most allergic reactions. Peppermint Oil is strong, fresh and minty and opens clogged sinuses almost immediately.  It also has anti-inflammatory, pain relieving and decongestant relieving abilities.  It opens airways and relieves a scratchy throat. 

Depending on the capacity of your diffuser, use 2-5 drops of oil.  You could also use 1 drop of oil on a tissue and just directly inhale deeply.  Experiment to find the combination that gives you the most relief.  Breathe better in just a few minutes!
